Ski Trip – 2024
What a way to start the year with a school ski trip to Italy! 33 children, 27 adults and five staff members, all headed to Claviere to enjoy a week of snow.
Everyone enjoyed a jam-packed schedule – a perfect blend of skiing and rest. Each child had four hours of ski school per day – two hours in the morning and two hours after lunch and all the children were split up into groups to suit their ability. The instructors were a particular hit with the children, with Stefano being especially patient and kind to our beginners. How amazing that after only two days of instruction, our new skiers were skiing down red runs!
Evening entertainment was great fun, including; a quiz night, movie night, karaoke and a parent & child table football and pool competition. Other highlights included a pizza night at a local restaurant and a skidoo ride with crepe and hot chocolate – yummy! Nightly awards were also handed out to both parents and children to celebrate the day’s achievements.
We are looking forward to next year already!
